Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at RGB Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a key role in our MEP team, working on high-profile projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our design team to deliver innovative, efficient, and buildable solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Develop and implement creative design strategies that drive business growth and success.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive project delivery.
  • Plan and manage projects to ensure timely completion, high-quality results, and client satisfaction.
  • Perform complex calculations, design deliverables, site surveys, construction stage duties, client liaison, and project management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Relux, AutoCAD, and Revit software, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Degree qualified with relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Significant design experience in building services sectors, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand project requirements and manage project delivery, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience in people management, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
