About the Role
Bid Solutions is seeking a skilled Bid Writer to support its expanding team in the public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling responses to bid questions and supporting the wider bid function.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and write high-quality bid responses in line with customer specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather information and insights
- Conduct research on customer profiles and market trends
- Manage the uploading and dispatching of ITTs and bids to relevant portals
- Stay up-to-date with commercial awareness and business intelligence, and provide insights to the sales team
- Undertake additional projects and activities to support Bid Management and Business Development as required
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in bid writing for public sector tenders
- A keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Self-motivation to deliver high-quality work
