About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our conservation and land management programme. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the South Pennine uplands and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new opportunities and innovative ways of providing evidence for the effectiveness of our work
  • Lead a team to collect and analyze data
  • Develop and implement new business strategies, including grant applications and fundraising
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to deliver an integrated programme
Requirements
  • Relevant degree and expertise in upland ecosystem management
  • Excellent leadership and people skills
  • Proven experience in fundraising and grant applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
