Core Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized tutoring sessions, either individually or in small groups, designed to meet each student's distinct needs.
Instruct core subjects up to the GCSE level, modifying lesson plans to address learning hurdles while showcasing students' strengths.
Encourage confidence and proficiency in subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and others.
Establish strong, positive connections to foster an inclusive and supportive educational setting.
Evaluate and track student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
Experience in working with students is preferred.
Ability to teach core subjects up to the GCSE level is necessary.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect and build rapport with students.
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to positively influencing students' lives.
