Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards? We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Housekeeping Manager to ensure our luxury hotel maintains its prestigious reputation.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in four or five-star hotels and demonstrate a proven ability to lead a housekeeping team in upholding the highest cleanliness standards.
You will provide motivational leadership, fostering teamwork and high performance. The ability to innovate, adapt to changes, and inspire ownership among team members is essential.
You will set exemplary performance standards and motivate your team to achieve excellence in cleanliness and service. A solid understanding of the luxury hotel sector, proactive problem-solving skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities are crucial for success in this role.

Collaborating with the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team and assist in scheduling based on business needs.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to meet industry standards and ensure that the housekeeping staff is well-trained to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Your leadership will drive exceptional service through an enthusiastic and engaged team.
