Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Team Manager to join our team in Hatfield. As a key member of our Transport Team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Transport Admin Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative processes, including driver's schedules and vehicle management, to ensure compliance with driving legislations.
  • Ensure delivery schedules are achieved by coordinating with drivers and other team members.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on operational and customer service key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role in the Transport sector, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers and other team members.
  • Knowledge of driving legislation, including operators licensing and WTD, is desirable but not essential.
