Job Title: Advanced Technical Trainer - Construction Plant / Powered Access

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our delivery team in Agricultural Engineering, Construction Plant, Rail, and Bus and Coach. As an Advanced Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping the direction, skills, and knowledge of the next generation of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality and progressive training and assessment to apprentices
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of industry partners
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to ensure alignment with industry standards
  • Provide specialist training and support to apprentices
  • Contribute to the development of the Reaseheath Engineering Apprenticeship Academy

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled and experienced engineer with a passion for teaching and training
  • Ability to shape the direction, skills, and knowledge of the next generation of engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Relevant teaching qualifications or willingness to obtain
