Job Title: Finance / Accountancy Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance / Accountancy Officer to join our team as a Group Financial Controller. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial reporting, and providing financial guidance to the business.

About the Role:

As a Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Managing financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Providing financial guidance and support to the business, including financial planning and decision-making
  • Leading and managing a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in finance and accounting, with a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive high standards across the finance team
  • A strong understanding of financial systems and processes, with the ability to implement and maintain financial controls
