About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Physiotherapist to join our dynamic physiotherapy team. As a senior clinician, you will be involved in the supervision, education, and appraisal of physiotherapists, support staff, and students.

Main Responsibilities
  • To complete 9 monthly rotations through Stroke Unit/Neuro, Stroke Early Supported Discharge (ESD), Farnham Community Hospital Rehab wards, Emergency Department (ED), and Medical Wards.
  • To provide a high standard physiotherapy service in assessing and treating patients who may have an acute, complex presentation.
  • To work alongside and communicate with Primary care providers and community services to ensure a safe rapid assessment and discharge of patients in an acute, fast-paced environment.

  • Physiotherapy degree
  • HCPC registration
  • Member of clinical interest group
Requirements
  • NHS experience - completed 5 band 5 rotations
  • On-call experience
  • Band 6 experience
