About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at PEAR RECRUITMENT. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales progression process, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for each sale, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the sales process.
  • Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to ensure smooth sales progression.
  • Promote our services and generate referral leads to drive business growth.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in sales progression, and a strong attention to detail. You should be a team player with the ability to work independently and have intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
