Food Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Production Operative to join our team at Proman. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out a variety of tasks to enable the efficient production of high-quality food products.
- Work with meat products (pork, beef) and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure all product specifications and quality standards are met, adhering to health and safety, food hygiene, and quality standards.
- Produce high-quality products, focusing on increasing yield and reducing wastage.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and productive working environment.
- Ability to work with meat products (pork, beef).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and good attendance record.
- Prior experience in the food industry is valued, but not essential.
- Free hot drinks.
- Free car parking on site.
- Overtime available after 37.5 hours.
- Support from the Proman onsite team.
