Position Overview

Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Early Years Practitioner in the Toddlers Room, you will be instrumental in creating a dynamic and supportive environment for our energetic toddlers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing an enjoyable and interactive setting that meets the unique needs of each toddler.
  • Offering compassionate care and guidance, including assistance with toileting routines and fostering independence.
  • Planning and executing engaging activities that enhance physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Monitoring and evaluating toddlers' development, maintaining detailed records of their progress.
  • Establishing strong connections with parents and caregivers, keeping them updated on their child's development.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the effective operation of the room.

Qualifications
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related discipline.
  • Experience in working with toddlers or young children.
  • Comprehensive understanding of early childhood development.

  • Capability to manage a group of lively toddlers while ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Highly observant, able to recognize individual needs and developmental milestones.
