BlueArrow is in search of a culinary virtuoso to join their esteemed establishment as a Chef de Partie, located in a stunning country house, elegantly styled, featuring its own fallow deer, smokehouse, kitchen garden, and beehives.

The culinary team is constantly discussing seasonal ingredients and availability. Collaborating closely with fellow chefs and kitchen gardeners, they continuously innovate using locally sourced produce within a 25-mile radius.

The kitchen environment is dynamic and vibrant, and we seek an individual who thrives in such a setting.

Candidate Profile

? Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and flair in presentation during high-paced service.
? Ambitious, with a good sense of humor and a spirited attitude.
? Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury 4*/5* hotel or upscale restaurant.
? Possess a creative approach to flavor combinations and strong culinary techniques.
? Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, food handling, and dietary needs.
? Must have a valid driver's license due to location constraints.
? Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Position Overview

? Permanent role, £12.07 per hour, Full Time.
? Additional earnings of up to £400 in service charge monthly.
? Potential annual earnings of up to £33, based on a 40-hour work week.
? Emphasis on work-life balance, including some weekend shifts.
? As a Chef de Partie, you will manage one of the four kitchen sections, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the entire service.
? Foster a positive atmosphere, ensuring seamless back-of-house operations while collaborating with front-of-house staff for a cohesive environment.
? Participate actively in an award-winning apprenticeship program, leading, teaching, and inspiring apprentices.
