What We Offer
As a care assistant with Home Instead, you can expect:
- A minimum of one hour per visit, allowing you to provide thorough and compassionate care
- Ample travel time between clients, ensuring you can provide the best possible service
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career
- A supportive and inclusive team environment
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.00-£26.00
- Guaranteed minimum hours contracts available
