Salary: Up to £30,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As the Recreation & Wellness Manager, you will oversee the Sports, Leisure, and Wellness divisions, managing a team of specialists who provide a diverse array of activities, including fitness classes, archery, rifle shooting, as well as spa treatments and gym sessions.
Your role will involve driving financial performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maximizing the potential of the Sports, Leisure, and Wellness departments by showcasing the best offerings available.
You will cultivate an environment that empowers your team to excel through high performance and fulfillment, creating memorable experiences for our guests while providing your team with opportunities for growth.

Required Skills

• Previous experience in leading a Recreation & Wellness team, with a focus on developing and retaining staff.
• Proven responsibility for managing a Profit & Loss statement and the ability to control costs in accordance with budgets.
• Understanding the significance of setting targets and driving sales.
