Job Title: Senior Estimator

Keltbray Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the south of England. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading the production of project ITT pricing and submission documents within the GSP Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all pricing requirements are met and submitted in line with contract requirements.
  • Liaise with the Employers team to progress submission of ITT and all post-submission activities, including agreement of draft contract documentation.
  • Support delivery teams during the pre-construction phases (Stage A and Stage B).
  • Review documents and prepare a report identifying project details, including pricing preliminaries, project risk register, and post-tender financial negotiations.
  • Collate and review tender documents and submission requirements in a timely manner, ensuring all financial information is identified and provided, and accurate compliant design proposals are included.
  • Provide Project Kick-Off documentation as part of the commercial handover meeting.
  • Ensure that the project commercial team has received an effective handover of bid documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within Construction for a contractor and a range of project experience, including new builds, refurbishments, and civils and utilities.
  • Ability to work with design teams to assess risk.
  • Sound knowledge of/ability to use spreadsheets and other commercial packages.
