Operations Director

iQ Student Accommodation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our student accommodation sites, focusing on delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and motivate your team to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement proactive and strategic approaches to people planning, ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
- Resident Satisfaction: Promote resident satisfaction and retention by actively attracting five-star reviews and ensuring any complaints and service issues are dealt with promptly and effectively.
- Leasing Performance: Be accountable for leasing performance in your cluster, driving revenue growth and maximizing occupancy rates.
- Financial Management: Conduct monthly financial performance reviews, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Resident Welfare: Ensure resident welfare and offer support services where appropriate, maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
- Compliance: Manage and monitor compliance in line with health and safety standards, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintenance and Reporting: Schedule planned maintenance and report processes, ensuring sites are well-maintained and operational.
