Job Title: Project Manager - Steel Fabrication
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project life cycle from initial inquiry through to project handover. This will include collaboration across different teams, including design, manufacturing, and site installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
- Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients and team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Hold an engineering degree
- Possess 2+ years of experience in construction or a related field
- Have an understanding of writing RAMS and adhering to them
- Be able to communicate effectively with subcontractors and clients
- Be able to work from construction drawings and identify discrepancies
- Be able to travel for projects when required
