About Us: Adlar Castra UK is a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, specialising in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heat pump systems. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and are looking for a skilled G3 Qualified Plumber to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain heat pump systems in residential properties.
  • Carry out plumbing work in accordance with industry standards and regulations, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Perform system checks, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, advising clients on best practices for system use and maintenance.
  • Ensure all work complies with G3 regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including materials used and time spent.

Requirements:

  • G3 Qualified with proven experience in plumbing & heating.
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and safety standards related to plumbing and heating.
  • Experience with air-source heat pumps is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with Unvented Cylinder system preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
