Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Block Property Manager to join our client's team in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates, comprising of low and high rise blocks, new builds, purpose built and converted properties.
  • Provide outstanding levels of customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure full compliance with current legislation and health and safety regulations.
  • Manage contractors and works in the communal parts of the estates, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Attend periodic AGMs to ensure effective communication with clients and residents.
  • Travel regularly for client and resident meetings, requiring a full driving license.

Requirements

  • ATPI qualification or equivalent experience in a similar property management role.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in block management, with a strong understanding of residential property management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to travel regularly.

Desirable Qualifications

  • MIRPM qualification or equivalent experience in block management.
  • Over five years' experience in residential property management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
