Join Our Team as a Youth Support Specialist

Outcomes First Group is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Youth Support Specialist within our organization.

Position: Youth Support Specialist

Salary: £23,920.00 per annum (with additional sleep-in payments available)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week - 2 days on, 4 days off)

Requirements: Must possess a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a personal vehicle.

What We Offer:

We are committed to providing our staff with a competitive salary package, which includes:

  • Base salary: £23,920.00 per annum
  • Sleep-in shifts compensated at £45.00 per night

The Role:

As a Youth Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of young individuals by:

  • Assisting young people with appointments and recreational activities
  • Completing necessary documentation
  • Performing household tasks
  • Engaging young people in various activities and tasks
