Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director/Creative Lead to join our team at Network - Career Consultants. As a key member of our global design and branding consultancy, you will be responsible for designing and delivering live brand experiences for leading global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a range of design projects, inspiring the teams to produce exceptional work, leading with great conceptual ideas and taking a hands-on approach when needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brand identities and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, strategy, and production, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive creative excellence and innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's creative vision and strategy, and help shape the direction of our design and branding services.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of creating brand experiences within an integrated agency.
  • Exceptional creativity, conceptual thinking, and design skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Additional skills and understanding of 3D environment design will be highly advantageous.
