We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales and profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small store team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Coach and train team members to become product experts and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Improve store operations and customer experience through creative and innovative ideas
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience with a track record of leading teams and achieving sales and profit targets
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Commercial acumen and business skills to drive sales and profitability
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and occasional alternative locations
