Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a development team through instruction, guidance, and mentorship, ensuring the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- Solution Ownership: Take ownership of and responsibility for the quality and correctness of implemented solutions, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Full Stack Implementation: Actively be involved in the full stack implementation to maintain understanding of solutions and ensure they are scalable, secure, and robust.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions adhere to acceptance criteria through comprehensive automated testing.
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of experience in C# Development and ASP.NET (REST Web APIs)
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a development team
- Strong experience in working with Azure services (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Services, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Blob Storage)
- Strong ability to query a range of RDBMS and No-SQL database platforms and ability to extrapolate to less familiar platforms
