Lead a Team in Automotive Procurement

We are partnering with a leading Automotive brand to fill a Senior Buyer opportunity within their Production purchasing division.

This role is based in Gaydon, with hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

As a key element to their Production purchasing division, you will be responsible for the procurement of a defined range of parts and components across the Electrification category.

Leading a small team of Buyers, you will focus on securing strong commercial terms and excellent quality and delivery service levels from suppliers while ensuring audit compliance.

  • Previous Procurement experience is required, within an Automotive setting, either OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
  • Understanding of the strategic role of the Procurement function and ability to work at this level.
  • Post holder should hold a full driving licence and be prepared to travel where their specific work responsibilities require.
