About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Woodend Care Home in Altrincham. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, supporting their independence and well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Support residents with a wide range of needs, from companionship to complex care
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and report any changes
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families and other healthcare professionals
