Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Care Team Supervisor to manage our Adult Residential Service. This role involves supporting individuals with varying levels of assistance related to learning disabilities, mental health, and other conditions. You will provide both practical and emotional support, helping individuals achieve greater independence and positive life outcomes. Proven experience in a similar role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations and support the management team
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Provide Sleep In Support (additional compensation available)
  • Promote positive and personalized outcomes for service users
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records as required
  • Deliver high-quality support to service users
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional care
  • Recruit, manage, and train staff effectively

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health challenges
  • Relevant professional qualification (Level 3 in Health & Social Care)
  • Commitment to Equal Opportunities
  • Knowledge of current Health & Social Care legislation, including the Mental Health Act
  • Demonstrated ability to support individuals in a person-centered manner
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and administrative skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Understanding of CQC Compliance standards and a commitment to high safeguarding standards
