Job Title: Traffic Light Installer

We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team as a Traffic Light Installer. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working out of our depot in Romford. However, you must be willing to travel to other depots in the UK to deliver temporary traffic lights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and removing temporary traffic lights on the National Highways around the UK. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be lifting equipment and cables, and working at heights. You will also need to drive a company van and pick up equipment from storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and remove temporary traffic lights on the National Highways
  • Lift and move equipment and cables
  • Drive a company van and pick up equipment from storage areas
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Complete reports via app-based software
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • Reliable and flexible individual
  • Willing to work 80% of nights and 20% of days
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and cables
