About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the unique learning requirements of students with special educational needs, differentiating instruction to ensure inclusivity.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), setting clear learning objectives and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff, to create a holistic learning environment that nurtures each student's social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Utilize various teaching strategies, resources, and assistive technologies to enhance student engagement and participation.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, promoting independence, self-confidence, and a love for learning among students.
  • Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and working closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to education.

Requirements:
