Our client, a well-established international law firm, is seeking a junior Employment Associate to join their team in London. As a key member of the Employment group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and practical advice to clients across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academics, training, and 2-3 years' post-qualification experience gained within the Employment department of a City or international law firm. You will have a strong, well-rounded HR advisory background and enjoy direct client contact and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting corporate transactions and providing technical legal skills.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Providing high-quality and practical advice to clients.
  • Working closely with the Employment team to deliver a responsive and cost-effective service.
