About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn. As a key member of our night team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Night Manager in managing all night staff
  • Complete all reception night duties, including cash up, night audit, and night reports
  • Provide solutions for any guest problems or complaints
  • Supervise and serve food and beverage to resident guests at night
  • Conduct regular walks around the property to identify any defects or issues
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are met
  • Actively participate in training and personnel exercises to improve standards and performance

Requirements:

  • 6 months of hotel Duty Manager experience
  • Previous night shift work, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of hotel systems
  • Must speak and have a clear understanding of English
