Commercial Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Commercial Insurance Broker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, liaising with insurers, and ensuring the sales process is completed in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain positive working relationships with internal and external parties
- Generate new business leads and obtain accurate information for our databases
- Liaise with insurers to secure the best policy for clients
- Ensure the sales process is completed in compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Work towards obtaining the Cert CII qualification
Requirements:
- Experience within an office environment, ideally in the insurance industry
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with a systematic approach to work
- Good attention to detail
- Tenacious with strong sales techniques and skills
- Self-motivated to generate new business
- Motivated and driven to achieve team and individual targets
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
