About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in General Science to students of various abilities.
• Maintain a well-organized and considerate classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
• Mentor and inspire students, promoting a growth mindset and a passion for scientific inquiry.
• Build and cultivate positive relationships with students, encouraging good behavior and active participation.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic goals.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
• Implement the school's policies and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive school culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Science Teacher in a Secondary School setting.
• A relevant General Science degree or equivalent qualification.
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes social responsibility.
• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is desirable.
