Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Specialist

Job Summary
Proflax Limited is seeking an experienced individual to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies, overseeing all eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and ecommerce management, with a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This will involve developing and executing social media strategies, email marketing campaigns, and content marketing initiatives to engage with customers and drive sales.
eCommerce Platform Management & Development
The candidate will be responsible for managing the ongoing optimisation of all eCommerce stores within the Company. This will involve developing HTML/CSS/JavaScript for enhancing user experience, ensuring a smooth user experience, and improving conversion rates. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and optimising product listings, inventory, and order processing efficiency, as well as conducting ongoing SEO work for improved visibility and search engine rankings.
Technical Expertise and IT Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal software solutions to streamline operations. This will involve implementing eCommerce apps to enhance user experience, managing CRM systems, and conducting staff training programs. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all technical systems are up-to-date and running smoothly.
Creative Content Development
The candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content for marketing materials, including logos, banners, and brochures. This will involve designing graphics for websites, social media, and print media while maintaining brand consistency. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and enforcing brand guidelines while exploring innovative creative concepts.
Social Media and Community Engagement
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically planning and managing social media content across platforms according to content calendars. This will involve fostering engagement, building community relationships, and responding to audience interactions. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing social media metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
Email Marketing Campaigns
The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing impactful email marketing campaigns targeting segmented customer lists. This will involve developing email content, managing email lists, and tracking email metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
Marketing Outreach and Customer Relationship Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives through effective outreach and relationship management. This will involve sourcing customer reviews, testimonials, and feedback to enhance brand credibility and loyalty. The candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Amazon FBA Management
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing Amazon FBA operations, including inventory management and sales optimisation. This will involve monitoring and analysing Amazon metrics to inform future business strategies.
