Quality Talent Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality patient care in the home setting.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care plans, educating patients and their families, and ensuring optimal health outcomes. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and preventive strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress.
  • Adhere to all OSHA standards and infection control protocols.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures.
Additional State-Specific Requirements:
  • South Carolina: One (1) year of pediatrics experience.
  • California: One (1) year of experience required working under current nursing license.
  • Louisiana: One (1) year of experience required working as a licensed nurse.
Preferences
  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to sufficiently reposition patients and move equipment without assistance.
  • Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting.
  • Must be able to sit and climb stairs.
  • Must have visual and hearing acuity.
  • Must have a strong sense of smell and touch.
  • Must be able to appropriately respond physically and mentally to emergency situations in the home or during transport.
Environment

Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions. Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
