Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Minder to join our team in Wisbech, PE13 2RN. As a Machine Minder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in the management of machines to ensure continuous operation
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals
- Monitor and report any issues or defects with machinery
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve problems and improve processes
- Understanding of machine maintenance and repair
- Excellent leadership and training skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use industry-specific technology
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.90
