Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and flexible HGV2/LGV2 drivers to join our team at StaffCo Direct. As a Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various distribution centres and customers in the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a pre-loaded trailer, handling ambient goods, pump trucks, and tail lifts
  • Work on a local multidrop delivery schedule, visiting various distribution centres
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and professional working environment
Requirements
  • HGV2/LGV2 UK-issued license with a minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Current and valid CPC and Digi Tacho certifications
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your license (no IN DR or DD codes)
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK road network and traffic regulations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and well-presented appearance
  • Physically fit and able to lift and maneuver goods
