Subway Assistant Manager Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Subway team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, promoting sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain high standards of store cleanliness, food preparation, and presentation.
