Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at LSH Auto, a reputable automotive company specializing in luxury vehicle brands. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of our high-end vehicles, while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements, to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues on various luxury vehicles, utilizing your expertise and knowledge of automotive systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent costly repairs.
  • Collaborate with a team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Test vehicle performance and ensure that all repairs meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
