Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Veterinary Surgeon to join our vibrant team at The Veterinary Hospital, Lincoln. Our independent establishment focuses exclusively on small animal care, ensuring a supportive environment for both our staff and patients.

Work Schedule:
This role offers flexibility with options for both full-time and part-time hours. Our current team consists of 15 veterinarians (9 FTE), working varied shifts to maintain the highest standard of care for our patients.

Team Environment:
Our hospital is proud to be independent and operates from a well-equipped facility designed for optimal veterinary care. We value the well-being of our staff and strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our out-of-hours emergencies are managed by Vets Now, allowing our veterinarians to focus on inpatient care during their shifts.

Professional Development:
We encourage continuous learning and have a successful New/Recent Graduate program. Our team includes veterinarians with specialized interests and qualifications in areas such as surgery, feline medicine, and emergency care. We also support our staff in pursuing further certifications.

Work-Life Balance:
We understand the importance of personal time. Our shifts are structured to allow for breaks and consultations, ensuring that our veterinarians can recharge during busy days. Our nursing team plays a crucial role in patient care, allowing our veterinarians to focus on their clinical responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £65,000 pro rata, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
