We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our flagship satellite. As a key member of our electronics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded software systems that meet the stringent requirements of our mission-critical aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embedded Systems Design: Design and develop embedded software systems that integrate with our air-breathing electric propulsion technology.
  • Hardware and Software Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Testing and Verification: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and safety of our embedded systems.
  • Device Driver Development: Design and implement software drivers based on device datasheets.
  • Electronic Schematics Proficiency: Interpret and design electronic schematics for custom PCBs.
  • Build Systems: Manage project builds, dependencies, and cross-compilation for embedded targets using CMake.
Requirements
  • Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Electronics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software engineering, with a proven track record in the aerospace, defense, or related industries.
  • Deep Knowledge of Embedded Systems: Extensive experience with digital and analog electronics, control systems, microcontroller architectures, and signal processing.
  • Full Lifecycle Development: Proven experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from initial concept through deployment and maintenance.
  • Containerization and Virtualization: Experience with Docker containers for creating consistent, reproducible development environments.
  • Version Control: Extensive experience with version control systems like GIT, GitHub, or GitLab.

Our interview process consists of four stages. The initial stage involves a call with Alex, followed by two interviews with our founders, Anatolii and Ruslan. If you progress successfully through these stages, you will be invited to complete a set of technical tasks, which will be reviewed and discussed during the fourth and final interview. If feasible, we would also like to invite you to our facilities as part of the final interview.
