Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead our capital projects and manage our chemical site operations.

About the Role: As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and leading capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring the approval, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of projects are delivered successfully. You will also manage teams of project staff, oversee the management of specified engineering systems and records, and carry out plant investigations and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage teams of project staff to ensure the successful delivery of capital projects.
  • Oversee the management of specified engineering systems and records.
  • Carry out plant investigations and improvements to optimize site operations.
  • Manage a team of project specialists to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
  • Engage in professional development programs to support career progression.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need an established technical background with experience working on a chemical site, ideally in a COMAH-regulated environment. A minimum of 10+ years' experience in a similar role is required, along with a Chemical Process Engineering degree or equivalent. Chartered status or working towards it is desirable but not essential.
