Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Castle Pubs. As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the General Manager in leading the team to success. Your passion and drive will motivate your team to deliver outstanding service, mentoring each individual to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, taking on Duty Manager responsibilities when needed.
- Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service, setting high standards and promoting a positive work environment.
- Be a role model and guide development within your team, fostering a culture of growth and improvement.
- Lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, exceeding expectations and driving customer loyalty.
