Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will provide essential support to our solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence using our case management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Administer filing systems, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage diaries, scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
  • Arrange scanning and photocopying of paperwork, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Audit type from dictation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing.
  • Initiative and ability to undertake searches and ID checks.
  • High levels of speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent audio typing from dictation skills.
  • Good telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable approach.
