Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our East Midlands Construction team in Nottingham. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful projects across various sectors, including Education, Commercial, and Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to the management team to ensure business targets and KPIs are exceeded.
  • Prepare and review monthly cost/value reports for the area, analyzing trends with other contract team members.
  • Produce commercial reports, reviewing results and considering trends with other contract team members.
  • Conduct physical measurements of works and agree on same with clients and subcontractors.
  • Agree on certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitoring against forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Holder of a Full UK Driver's License.
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Confident IT skills, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
