About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at Scope's Hove shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and contributing to the success of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of retail team members.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement retail strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
