About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewals Coordinator to join our team at APW Lettings. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of renewal documentation for our occupied units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process renewal documentation for occupied units within specified timeframes
  • Conduct Right to Rent checks as required for tenancy renewals
  • Verify compliance documents for tenancy renewals and instruct as necessary
  • Serve Section 21 notices when required
  • Assist with maintaining the property register and window displays
  • Support business generation activities
  • Manage diaries and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and branch staff
  • Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
