Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert medical care to patients with acute medical conditions
* Lead and manage a team of medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

* CCT in Acute Medicine or equivalent
* Proven experience in leading medical teams and developing clinical policies
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
