Senior Sales Manager - IT Managed Service Provider

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our expanding IT Managed Service Provider in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and identifying project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key client relationships and conduct QBRs to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow existing business relationships and generate new ones
  • Prepare quotes, scope project work, and close deals with strong sales conversion rates
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Autotask) to manage client interactions and sales processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both technical and business conversations with external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager within the IT MSP sector
  • Expertise in growing client relationships and conducting QBRs to identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to prepare quotes, scope project work, and close deals with strong sales conversion rates
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Autotask) to manage client interactions and sales processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both technical and business conversations with external stakeholders
