Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior/Manager to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading on-site audits, implementing agreed plans, and ensuring adherence to company practice and auditing standards.
As a seasoned audit professional, you will have a strong understanding of financial services and the ability to develop good client relationships. You will work closely with audit juniors, reviewing their work and supporting their development, and be responsible for on-site audit findings reports.

Key Responsibilities- Lead on-site audits, implementing agreed plans and ensuring adherence to company practice and auditing standards
- Develop good client relationships and adapt approach and communication to ensure client satisfaction
- Work closely with audit juniors, reviewing their work and supporting their development
- Responsible for on-site audit findings reports, identifying and documenting areas of concern/risks
- Offer support to team members and across other teams, sharing knowledge and expertise
- ACCA or ACA Qualified
- 1-2 years' post-qualification experience in a similar environment
- Experience of overseeing, training, and developing audit juniors on-site and in the office
- Experience of working with groups of companies/companies with possible MBO's, funding requirements, plans to sell in the foreseeable future, business acquisitions, and group restructurings
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a bonus scheme, study support for ACA, and a 3% pension which rises to 5% after 5 years.
